”The venue is perfect! It’s very comfortable.
The fitness center was open 24/7 and empty in the morning. Everything at the fitness center was easily accessible. The fire pits kept us mesmerized and warm at night with the lovely view of the water.”

”The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was really nicely done and very clean. Loved the fireplace in the common room downstairs. They had a nice restaurant and someone singing on a Tuesday. It was a great place. I would totally stay there again.”

”Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!”

”We are very happy to recommend Forty1. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters accommodated nicely in the room of 2 queen size beds, city view. The gas fireplace did not work, though, but it did not play a big role in our stay during the summer hot season in July. Very attentive staff.”
