”Great property. Clean, convenient (location and amenities) and the staff is next level. From the front desk, to the shuttle drive, to the resturant staff, every person we interacted with was genuine, helpful, and great at their job. Thanks for a wonderful stay! ”

”The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the water, and we were able to see the sunset over the Newport Bridge. The breakfast and service were excellent. We look forward to our return!”

”The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and inviting yet elegant. It was walking distance to all of the downtown activities that we enjoy and also to the Cliffwalk. We enjoyed everything about our stay! We will definitely visit again! ”

”We are very happy to recommend Forty1. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters accommodated nicely in the room of 2 queen size beds, city view. The gas fireplace did not work, though, but it did not play a big role in our stay during the summer hot season in July. Very attentive staff.”
