”Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”

”The location, the location, the location of the this condo is great, about 5-10 min walk in the icy up hill to condo run (2 min showed in the map, but many steps). The place could be an option for a true ski lover. Keep in mind, it had bare minimum for the stay (no salt n pepper, pans and pots are somehow dirty), so be prepared to pack everything you need if you plan to cook for dinner. We had a great time in Northstar, however we were having issues during the stay. The water heater didn't heat...

”Mr. Coffee machine was non-functional, it heated but coffee could not flow from basket into carafe. Ice in auto-ice-maker in freezer had frozen into a solid mass. Sink in main bathroom downstairs drains very slowly. Probably hair clog in the trap or on the sink drain stopper.”
