”The Covington as a whole is lovely. Next time we will try the primary hotel instead of North by Covington. While the accommodations were lovely and provided space beyond our needs, there was a lot of noise from other rooms (showers, walking, conversations, doors slamming). The balcony was nice to have with the spring weather. The car service was exceptional! Staff was responsive and accommodating. We loved the neighborhood. ”

”The property rates 4 star but it isn’t even 1 star. It has smoke and weed smell starting from the entrance. Bedding and furnishings are in terrible condition. Peeled and stained. Dirty overall.
