”Clean room. Great view. Nice facility. Note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. Yes, you can open the windows to cool the room at night, but the windows do not have screens. Hence, mosquitos come in. Rooms should have screens. Breakfast was OK, not stellar. ”

”Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful...

”The hotel is lovely; we stayed in one of the casitas that had a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Think large wooden beams like a forest cottage. The views out our windows were of the lake and mountains beyond. The hotel has an outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The dining room is the same wooden beam design with a large fireplace and great views. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

”This hotel is absolutely terrible and I highly recommend against staying here. The property is not maintained, the rooms look like trashy motel rooms. The food options for breakfast are low quality and limited, the service is beyond terrible. We lost money on our booking because we stayed one night and had to leave. It was gross, save your money. There are tons of better options. ”

”La atención del personal fue muy buena. Hicimos el check in tarde a la noche y Felipe fue muy amable en todo el proceso. La vista del lugar es INCREÍBLE, parece que uno está dentro del lago Nahuel Huapi. A mejorar: las almohadas un poco escuálidas y las camas un poco duras. Igual lo volvería a elegir para una noche de paso por Bariloche como fue nuestro caso.”

”O check-in foi rapido, fomos bem orientados pela equipe da recepção. Porem o quarto era um desastre . O aquecedor do quarto era fraco , mesmo estando na temperatura 30° , e a cidade estava com temperaturas negativas . Os aquecedores do banheiro eram fracos, chao gelado . Ao ligar a hidro sujeiras sairam o que tornou uma coisa nojenta . A mini geladeira comecou a vazar agua dentro do quarto O cafe da manha era composto apenas de 2 tipos de bolo , queijo , medialuna, agua, suco, cafe e iogurte...
