”The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!”

”Beautiful place, clean, stunning views. Super convenient location, we rented bikes and visited Zion. The property was so beautiful, new, and clean, stocked pantry and cooking tools- we stay in rentals all over the us and islands, traveling 22 weeks a year. This is the nicest place I have ever had the pleasure to stay in!”

”The quality of the unit was excellent. Very nice decor, and clean. Very well equipped. The self check in process, however, had a problem. Instructions said to use the last four digits of my phone number as the door code, and that was incorrect. Fortunately someone answered the phone even though it was 9 pm.”
