”Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly associates, but would not return to this location. Unfortunately many negatives.They offer what they call is a “kitchen” on every floor- coffee maker did not work and the ice machine did not work- spoke to an associate and was told coffee machine has been out for over 2 months and ice machine was probably a few years. They mentioned that I could go down to the floor below for coffee and the only available ice was downstairs main lobby closet. Was to get...

”Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.”

”The 3:00 check in time was delayed until 4:40 due to, “rooms not cleaned due to being short staffed.” This is not a huge surprise but the staff was repeatedly rude while communicating this. Most of the front desk and restaurant staff were rude for the first three days of our stay. The hotel looked run-down and the room I stayed in smelled musty.
I would not recommend this hotel.”
