”Housekeeping staff were polite and welcoming. The front desk staff never welcomed us and actually pointed to the credit card device vs speaking. We were handed our room key and they continued on with their cell phone. We have travelled to many Double Tree hotels and this one absolutely did not show the kindness and customer service we have always received. Extremely rude and disrespectful to guests. ”

”The Room was clean and spacious. The food was good but a, warming, stone would have, ensured, a more desirable temperature. The Hotel is fabulous with all kinds of artifacts and information, pertaining, to the building. The location is excellent. The Bathtub is a real treat! I enjoyed every, moment. The water is hot and the pressure is good:
Expedia quoted a price of $40.00 more, nightly, for an extra Guest. The Bill charged $430.00! I would like to know why there is such a large,
disparity....

”We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”
