”I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”

”Clean and very nice staff Only issue is this hotel uses an older building access system and constantly being deactivated. Multiple trips to front desk for reactivation. Common at HI but still annoying”

”Walking in, i found the dark doors a bit off putting- not clueing in, this is a Japanese hotel. I even admired the bamboo! The doors made sense afterwards! My Husband & i tried out the baths- what an interesting experience. It was similar to a large float tank but I enjoyed this more. My Husband was skeptical & did it to humor me but really enjoyed it as well. The building seems really well built as we heard nothing & no one. The shower is huge. With a big bath tub.”

”Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc”

”The property was in great condition. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The lobby and outdoor spaces are quote nice for this tier of hotel. No issues with our stay. We didn't eat the breakfast so no review there. ”
