”Spectacular hotel. Every single detail in this property is above and beyond - including the remote control curtains and welcome tea. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge. Cleanliness was 11/10 and we had a breathtaking view of the beach. The pool had an incredible view as well. The gym was amazing, the cushiony feeling of the equipment was so comfortable. The hotel even provides gym attire so you don’t have to use your own! I wish I had booked a few extra nights and explored...

”The hotel and the room were gorgeous. However it is not friendly to non- Korean guests, most of the staff have difficulties communicating in English and it is obvious that their facilities/ service are targeting Koreans like their in room dining system (QR code provided in the room) require Korean number. All those little things made our stay more tired. Overall, the hotel was really nice on the hardware side and had great spaces for kids to run around”
