”Staff were extremely friendly and always available to offer help. No expectations of tips etc so there was feeling of pressure in that respect. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Children slept of a comfortable sofa bed. The only downside for our stay was the reception area/ Lobby was under construction so there was rubble outside the hotel and the feel when you walk in was somewhat taken away. ”The bed was comfortable, the pool was a fun diversion, and the Hammam was professional. Generally, the place needs better air flow as it seems they have a bit of a mold problem. Maybe it was just my room because the air vent in the bathroom didn’t work. With windows open it was cool but you hear the street noise. The AC didn’t exist—it was only a fan. Be warned that the breakfast is very much a Moroccan breakfast—the patisseries are good, but otherwise there’s not much for American/European...
