”I stay at this property because it is truly a well designed hotel with impeccable rooms that warrant a 5-star rating. But service is another matter. The hotel does not provide any support for anything that you need beyond bed linens and cleaning, similar to the type of service you would get at a 3-star property. The staff takes great pride at following strict procedures that limit support to the bare minimum. Some of the staff even take pride at saying “No” and most offer no alternatives to...
