”We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond offering 5 star customer service. The food was incredible for breakfast buffet and dinner in the main restaurant. The pool is clean and offers a great break from the extreme heat. Located in the center of everything you’d want to see! Would definitely return.”

Night terrible smell on the pillows. luckily it wasn’t that bad anymore the second night. ”Absolutely a great, luxury hotel with the kind of service you would expect at a luxury hotel. It’s not cheap, so if you’re looking for a deal, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, that is also quiet, and with outstanding service, this is it. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony. There were only 7 rooms on our floor, so the hotel is nice and quiet. And, it’s located on a quiet street, so there’s not much noise coming from...

”We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...
