The rooms are spacious, there are several pools and places to enjoy the views, and the games and amenities are lovely. Two issues to call out: the pools are ridden with bugs in the morning and despite calling, no one came to clean them. Second, staff seem to be very confused with the check out process and lack follow through. ”
