”I stayed in Bealey Quarter for 2 nights. Luckily I was out all days and only came to this place for sleeping. The place looks nice from the outside but the smell of food is overwhelming in the Lodge and the room smelled like mold. My fridge was leaking so I had to put a towel under it. After reporting it to the staff they did nothing, so they don’t seem to care that the place is falling apart. Shared bathrooms were in a surprisingly good shape. ”Beautiful property and very friendly owners. The room and common areas were spacious and private. The grounds are well kept, and the house is about to undergo maintenance which should polish it up - not that it needs much. Breakfast was sensational - big serves and really high quality. The owner was very friendly offering site seeing advice when asked, and helping me make a doctors appointment when I got ill (nothing to do with them). Beautiful, I'll go back for sure.”
