”What a delightful experience at the Kruger Shalati!! From the amazing staff to the amazing facility, everything was full stars! When we left, I was so sad to return to the “real world”.
We had the pleasure of riding with Victor for our daily game rides and spotted all Big 5! Victor was amazing along with his companion Amaze!
We also had the pleasure of having our waiter Bheki for lunch and Dinner and Kate for breakfast. They were tremendous!
The food was also amazing. You have to book this...

”Robbed while sleeping. Luckily not attacked or hurt.
During a business trip in January 2026, I was robbed while asleep of phones, laptop, ID, wallet, drivers license. Everything.
Forced access through the sliding door. No CCTV cameras, no monitoring. Think twice if you're planning a trip (business or pleasure) or you're bring international guests. No compensation from this 5 star rated hotel.”

”Kruger park was only about 20 minutes away by drive. All of the staff were wonderful. So friendly. Whatever you wanted, they would get for you. I couldn’t single out one staff member because they were all perfect. The suites are gorgeous and spotless with a wonderful view of the Sabe River. The food was excellent and so plentiful.
