”We had an issue with the overwhelming smell of smoke that came from our neighbors room and although they were not supposed to smoke because it’s a smoke free facility, they did not stop smoking and when we brought that up with management they changed our room and upgraded us. Management dealt with it appropriately but they still should reinforce the NO smoking policy. ”

”This was a business trip. Location of the hotel mattered the most. It was fantastic. The hotel itself is so new that all the facilities and services aren’t available yet. ”The staff were tremendously helpful. A quick, simple and courteous check in, the concierge team are super helpful, smiley and engaging. We were offered a choice of room on arrival, and being a family of four we opted for the twin room (the beds weren’t big enough for four) but it was enough for two nights. The most impressive things; the gym is fantastic, the staff are helpful and engaging with children and we asked for a late check out and was given 3 additional hours, as well as baggage...
