Hotellit 5 tähteä kohteessa Les Berges du Lac, Tunis

”We really enjoyed our stay at Dar El Jeld. The hotel is beautifully renovated, with wonderful facilities, and we truly appreciated our spacious room and the amenities. That said, we did run into some service issues with the front desk. We repeatedly sent messages about laundry, and a change to our pickup time, but didn’t receive acknowledgement until we phoned. We also asked to change a spa appointment time. Initially, we were told it couldn’t be done, and after pressing, a call was made, but we...

”This hotel was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The Maitre-D was so helpful and kind. Everyone couldn't do enough for you. My sister and I can't wait to come back here again. A lovely 5-star hotel with a beautiful pool, delicious restaurants, and the best employees you could ask for.”

”We booked a room with a pool or beach view, but they gave us an one with a garden view. The hotel is relaxing, but the service is slow. The check in was very slow”

”The hotel location is good the suit is nice, but there are no towels until we asked about them. There are few things were broken until we asked to fix them. In general the stay was nice, but is not for 5 star hotel”
