”Our stay at La Mamounia was exceptional, the architecture was so beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souks. Our room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, the food was amazing as was the hammam and pool. Only negative was the view from the Hivernage suite, there isn’t one, only the hotel roof. But will definitely return.”

”We had an amazing holiday in Mövenpick Marrakech. Hotel’s architecture and decoration is breathtaking and whole area is quiet and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean and hotel’s staff was so kind to us. Especially I want to thank waiter Mouchine and amazing personal trainer in the gym. Only bad thing was wifi connection -it didn’t work well in our room. Still I would like to recommend this hotel highly for everyone who adores beautiful design and good service. Thank you! ”

”The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!”

”Excellent service above all. Right from the moment youbwnter, they will treat you royally. Don't miss their mint tea.They will go above and beyond to help the customer. Location is very convenient. Very near to medina and the square. Breakfast served was good, and decent options for vegetarians. couple of minor issues were slow water drain in shower, and uncomfortable pillows. Overall, I would definately stay here again. ”

Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down.”

”Had few issues during the stay. AC wasn’t working properly. The machine seemed to be old and the room didn’t cool down which was unfortunate cause the temperature outside was 40 degrees. Service was overall friendly but it took really long for the staff to provide us towels at the pool. We had to wait two hours and asked to bring them three times. Room wasn’t very clean but I think it was just because the hotel was old and impossible to clean properly. ”

”It was a nice hotel in the new part of Marrakesh, you really get value for what you pay for. The breakfast was really good and also the Hammam that we enjoyed in the SPA of the hotel. It is a alcohol free hotel so no alcoholic drinks available within the hotel. There is few bars nearby that you can have a beer or drink at. It is at walking distance from the Medina if you feel like taking a walk, it took us around 30 min to arrive. With taxi from the Medina it costs around 4 -5€ one way (we were...
