”The check-in experience was very unpleasant. The concierge agent was very unprofessional. While I was checking in, he kept entertaining other people without asking me. He put me on hold and made me wait for a long time. I had to wait for the room at around 4 pm. He asked me to sit and completely forgot. After sitting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, I went back, and then he gave me the room key. I was very tired.”

”Great rooms and location, staff are incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Rafi from front desk for making the process extra smooth. Beware of ordering room service though, the menu prices are marked up 3x than the restaurant menu online.”

”Nice people and clean hotel BUT:
terrible windows.
the hotel is very close to a main road, where bus and cars horn all the time.
so even with good earplugs you are disturbed by the noise.
who designed rooms with a single glass window close to a main road?”
