”The W is an absolutely beautiful property. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your every need is met while on your trip. The room was not only immaculate upon arrival but daily they made sure the room was spotless. The only downside is no entertainment in the evenings on property and not many dining options. We had to go to the Westin to eat dinner but not a big deal. ”

”Staff was amazing at this property and the overall vibe was wonderful. Amazing pool (I HATE pools but this one I had to go in). Hotel beachfront is one of the better and higher class feeling beachfronts in the immediate area. The room was very nice, cold A/C (central ac! hard to find in Costa Rica), and clean. Regarding the area, it was my first time in Santa Teresa. There are some great restaurants in the area but overall it felt like a sketchy town at night and very dusty/dirty due to...
