”Savoy ? More like Savoid ! Check in went very smoothly and all staff are exceptionally helpful, however the hotel condition doesn't live up to it’s name. There was some strange odour lingering at certain parts of the corridor and even the high end diffusers couldn’t cover it up. The shower was broken, there was only extremely hot water. The iron was probably a leftover from the 80’s , and not to mention the moth flying out of the bathrobe. ”

”Truly amazing stay. Every single member of staff delivered customer service that was world class. Nothing was too much trouble.
Food in the restaurant was fantastic. As was breakfast. And a quick lunch in Mikey Ryan’s.
Rooms were fabulous. And the spa treatments were out of this world.
Shame the Irish weather meant I only lasted a few mins in the outside bit of the pool but that didn’t take the gloss off an amazing stay.
We will be back!”
