”The stay was good. The house was really nice and clean, comfortable bed, however the communication with Armando wasn’t the best. He was really nice when we were there however a week after we left he accused us of breaking something we didn’t break without even asking us beforehand and also throwing us in the face that he had given us 2 slices of cheese and some jam and that we didn’t have the decency to tell him we had broken something when we really hadn't! ”Our stay at Casa da Insua was a dream! The property is just stunning, with the vast gardens, vineyards, a pool, and even sheep grazing! The interior of the castle is its very own museum, with plenty of rooms and halls to explore. Our room was the perfect combination of historic charm and modern hotel luxury. We would recommend doing the wine tasting in one of the historic kitchens with Diogo, who was excellent! Our stay was one to remember.”
