”Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were.”

”Excellent resort with great hiking trails and close to beach
The only problem is dinning option
Only buffet is avail so we had to do room service but menu is limited”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage.
For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer.
Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow.
We enjoyed the dinner buffet - large variety of food and all delicious.
The live music/singer in the lounge was beautiful to listen to as you walk the halls or sit in the...

”Location was excellent and it was its own resort. Staff Rabia was very helpful in a smooth check in and issues I had with an initial cancellation due to family emergency. Many of the staff can speak Korean and Chinese which was helpful!
Staff at the breakfast buffet were also very good. Lots of variety and would recommend this.
Will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.”
