”First of all the front desk was helpful but I didn’t get the room I requested
The room service was not good because they expect daily tips more than once they switched out the air conditioner, they give not so clean towels.
The guy working in the game room told us to leave if child less than 18 years old but i saw many under age
The bartender was very rude to my wife
Someone take my towels at the beach but they did not help
I do not recommend this hotel”

”We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The friendly staff went above and beyond, always engaging with us and ensuring our needs were met, which was especially nice with our grandparents joining us—six in total.
Our room was cleaned daily, keeping everything fresh and tidy. Plus, having a doctor on-site was a big advantage.
If you're looking for a welcoming and comfortable hotel, this is the perfect choice! ”

”We stayed two nights at the hotel. Hotel staff was doing everything to make our stay a success and I must say they did it well. Extremely nice and welcoming service. Hotel was all in all a good pick. All-inclusive food and drink was rather nice and the facilities at the hotel were impeccable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and do hope I will have a chance of returning there at some stage.
Let's hope the tourists will return to the region. The workers of this particular hotel would...

”The area is green and beautiful with it`s white houses on the slope. There is a pool with music and action, but also one peaceful for the moments you need it.
You can get drinks and snacs from the pool bars and also from the bar on the beach. So you have freedom to eat when you are hungry or when it is best for your timetables. Food is good and choice is amazing!
Service is good and most of the personnel very polite. Special thanks for Carlos about excellent service with a good mood and Amira...
