”Very cool adn cpmfortable boutique hotel in a an excellent downtown location. Amazing rooftoop restaurant and bar with some of teh best views in town and an excellent cusine. I would have given the full marks for service except for teh fact that once again a cleaning lady from housekeeping stormed into teh room catching me in my birthday suit, seems to be a common theam in many hotels.”

”Maison Sofia is a lovely hotel with great staff. The location is not easily reached with public transport, but taxis in Sofia are quite cheap and they'll bring you to the front door. My room had clearly been cleaned some time ago, as there was dust around, but otherwise it was very nice. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa facilities okay. ”

”The hotel is located near a park (beautiful flowers and fountains) and in walking distance to the pedestrian shopping street in Sofia. The room was well-equipped (bathrobe, slippers and tea and coffee maker), however no complimentary water bottle. The room was quiet. Wifi ok. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (some more selection of fresh fruit would be appreciated though). Freshly squeezed orange juice was available and an omelette chef. Dinner prices were a bit high compared to the general...

”Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite. Situé au pieds de la montagne Vitosha , il vous propose des chambres avec des vues magnifiques ( notre studio en était la preuve ). Les aménagements sont confortables , luxueux , choisis avec goût. Nous avons séjourné avec un bébé de 18mois, et nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver un coin enfants dans l hôtel , beau et adapté à tout âge . Le restaurant est qualitatif , les produits sont de saison . Le personnel est aimable , respectueux . Je recommande .”

”The hotel is rather plush and comfortable. There are lots of sculptures scattered about the public areas which is nice. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Parking in the hotel car park is charged at 10 lev per day. Our shower door leaked. There was pornography on the TV the moment I turned it on and disturbingly even when I changed channels the pornography came back when I left the tv unattended. The sauna and swimming pool are charged extra and expensive and a swimming cap is mandatory. ”

”Over all the stay was good. But the details wasn't at five star level. We had roomservice and there was no cutlery. In the spa we did receive ropes after asking (even though we stayed in a suite). We asked the front desk to call a taxi, but he replied after a phone call that the taxi company didn't answer but recommended us to take the subway because it't cheaper. How ever very friendly staff in the restaurant, especially at breakfast service. And very good spa therapists. ”

”Vietimme yhden yön Arena di Serdicassa ennen kotiinpaluuta. Hyvä sijainti hiljaisella kujalla ydinkeskustan tuntumassa. Hotelli oli nostanut huonevarauksemme luksussviittiin oma-aloitteisesti! Hotellin alakerroksissa on aitoja roomalaisia raunioita, joiden päälle hotelli on rakennettu. Huoneisto oli todelal iso ja oikein viihtyisä. Ainoa miinus tulee hotellin palvelusta, joka oli kyllä ystävällistä, mutta vähän ammattitaidotonta. Kun kysyimme respasta illalla, onko hotellissa muuta paikkaa kuin...
