If all of that was not enough, Yuriko at the the concierge desk provides the most exceptional level of service I have ever encountered. Stay there just for the concierge services. Cannot say enough good things about this property, the entire staff is fantastic, but without a doubt, Yuriko takes the cake!”

”Wow, just wow. I was traveling solo and enjoyed two nights at the Roku. I could write a novel about the joys and pleasures of my stay. From the service, to the spa, to the incredible property— true perfection. Would rate 10 stars if I could. The staff saw I was alone at dinner and brought over some books and reading material. The worst part, was leaving. Hope to return, truly memorable and special.”

”Awesome place for the price, large clean quiet, very close to transportation and night life but far enough that its quiet. Theres a washer/dryer in the room we booked. No free amenities though like free toothbrush etc, no front desk usually but we got there around 3 which is check in time so i assume they will have someone there around that time to direct you what to do. They have self storage if you need to leave luggage early or late from check out. Definitely perfect for families, dining...
