”Our family spent a week in this great Hotel in Singapore. The service was really excellent - the whole staff took such a good care of us that it was amazing. We truly enjoyed the week in this fantastic Hotel, the location is great especially if you want to do shopping. The rooms were clean and kept in a good shape. Above all the attitude towards customer service is excellent. ”

”Amazingly beautiful hotel with a super friendly staff and top class service. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and taken good care of. The hotel sits on top of an MTR station, so moving about the city is easy. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls to choose from in the neighborhood, and the hotel restaurants offer good quality also. Bonus points for the 24/7 lounge with free drinks and snacks. ”Overall experience was very good. We booked 2 rooms and our room was first 2 night handicapped room which we didnt like. It was having high humidity. Fortunately we were able change the room which was ok. The breakfast was very good and pool and garden wonderful. We were staying at Garden wing which has nice balcony in each rooms. ”I had a room in heritage wing, long walk through many doors. Second floor quite pathetic. Room is very simple and a bit tired for such a high price. Some stains not cleaned very well in the bathroom. Breakfast okay, had to wait for the coffee quite long on the first morning. I would probably look for other options next time. ”
