”It was a terrible experience! We had to leave the hotel 1 day early. There is no minibar(An empty minibar awaits you in the room and they say they won't refill it) in the room and the hotel food is so TERRIBLE TASTELESS that we were hungry for 2 days. We decided to eat from the last children's menu. I really wanted to leave a good comment here, but that is not possible. On Valentine's day the reception told us there was a special menu and we ordered a few dishes. After waiting 50 minutes...

We got sick with Covid 19 and the staff did everything possible to accommodate all our needs. They called doctors and delivered medication and food to our doors. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful hotel.”
