”We had a nice time and the hotel was nice. It’s definitely fairly lively with kiddos. The adult pool is close to a main restaurant so not a lot of true quiet time anywhere on property. Rooms are spacious, clean and nice verandas. All the restaurants were tasty. The kids slide for those coming with families is definitely a hit. Overall we enjoyed our time but would have liked a few more adult/quiet pool options for reading and relaxing.”

”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic.
The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”Overall, our stay at Ho’olei was wonderful, as always! We were a party of eight, and the three-bedroom villa was the perfect setup for our family. There was something for everyone to enjoy, especially the kids. We loved the fitness classes, the pools on both sides of the property, the dining options, and the Fourth of July festivities.
The villa was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying dinner on the lanai while watching the beautiful...

”Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.”

”Loved the pool layout and the gorgeous ocean view. Not noisy, very minimal music played at the pool which was nice! The snorkeling on site is better than Molokini crater. The only slight downside is that the beach is a bit small and there were limited restaurants on site but that is only a tiny negative. Loved this resort and would come back.”
