What really made the difference was the staff; they have a way of making you feel right at home throughout your entire stay.
Pair that with a phenomenal breakfast, and you have the perfect getaway.

”The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.”

”The place had a beautiful view and it looked great, but we booked an apartment with lake view, and we were given a different one, which didn’t match the pictures. They kindly accommodated us in a different one but then we had to move again which wasn’t ideal. Both apartments were not in great shape, cheap materials that were/got broken during our stay. However the staff were super nice and helped us when we needed it.”
