”I found the staff around the hotel, mainly reception to be friendly, always smiled.
The staff in spa were lovely. I received a facial and a full body massage. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I wish I had name of lady who did both treatments, as she was lovely. ”

”I stayed with my family (2 adults, 3 kids) for one night. The place is beautiful, it's like a complex of cabins, our cabin was "Water". Good cabin surrounded by nature, gives you the jungle experience while close to the other cabins and close to downtown Iguazú. There is a beautiful pool. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. We had a good experience. Hope to return again one day! ”

”The hotel has nice, spacious rooms that are comfortable, though nothing special or luxurious. The pool is beautiful. The dinner is very good, but breakfast could be improved, especially the savory options, which are very limited, and only small selection of fruit. The staff is not very friendly and communication in English is difficult. The location is surrounded by lush vegetation, which is beautiful.”

”Exceptional. The property is gorgeous, a bit quaint but works with the “being in the jungle feel”. From walking around at night, to getting up for breakfast, it was all very good. Staff are attentive, and answer questions via WhatsApp.
We stayed at a 5 star hotel on the Brazil side but La Aldea was a better stay.
