”My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!”

”The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

”We stayed for one night while traveling through & wanted to stay somewhere close to Broadway. It was an easy 8 minute walk to Broadway! The room was great- comfy beds and clean space. Breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip: eggs, egg omelets, pancakes, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, sausages, bacon, and more! Parking was below ground which was nice but it was a pain in the butt to leave because we turned in our keys & needed them to leave. We called for help like they told us to but the...

”Awesome hotel, great clean room, very spacious, staff from front desk, restaurant , pool staff, bar staff and cleaning staff were great. Will be back in the fall. One point I will make... if bar staff at the pool get a complaint about a charge from a guest they shouldn't let other guest of the hotel know about it....not very professional.”

”Little farther to Broadway Street then I thought it would be. Would plan to spend over $100 for parking/uber especially if you park you car at a parking garage all day or uber back after 9 PM.”

”They have valet parking only and it’s $54 per night. And I didn’t find out until I showed up at 11:30 pm to check in.”

”Our second time here. Hotel is amazing and the location is perfect. My only issue was with the valet employees. The service is expensive and it’s fine as long as the service matches. There were no opened doors or help with luggage. I’m not asking for much. Everything else was perfect!”

”I loved everything about the property. The room was very nice. Great location. All staff were very kind and polite. The pool, bar and grill were good. We walked down to Broadway so many food places, bars and shopping options. My only dislike was the breakfast. I would’ve liked to be upcharged a pay a difference to eat at the AC breakfast. The Residence Inn doesn’t have the evening reception like the D.C. location.”
