”The Hotel was suited very close to the airport, yet had excellent soundproofing so we didn't hear any aircraft..the staff were very friendly and helpful too..the room had a wonderful modern bathroom and an excellent shower and there were plenty of cable channels and in English too...the air conditioning was great to have as well...kindly as we vacated before breakfast time they gave us a snack to take away..... perhaps a central light in the room would be useful, but overall it was a wonderful...

From greeting us at the front door by name, to her kind and friendly hospitality, to her excellent breakfast, she made this day a wonderful experience on our Camino. ”Casa Rietsch was so nice that we booked it for two different periods during our vacay in Porto.
Staff was very nice and we felt like at home. Beds were very comfy and room was silent. Bathroom in our room was big. Possibility to have breakfast in the garden. My friend and I will definately come back to Casa Rietsch next time we visit Porto.”

”Our room was beautiful, perfect for us. We loved having our own fridge. Everything was perfect, location, very clean, very helpful and lovely staff, always there if you needed anything. If you didn't want to walk then there is a lovely restaurant next door, it's part of the same building but a separate business.

”Best location on Matosinhos. 1-minute walk to Sul Matosinhos metro, 5 minutes to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and good groceries around.
Chsrming property. The walls are pretty tin and staircase is squeaking a lot. temperature control goes random at time and door locks are tiny.
great housekeeping service.
Overall i recommend and will consider booking again.”

”Beautifully designed from the moment you walk up to the hotel, with attention to detail in every single room. Staff was helfpul and accomdating, especially because we had a 7am departure and breakfast wasn't until 8am - they gave us to-go breakfasts that we picked up on our way out. GORGEOUS place - including our bedroom, the breakfast area and the coffee area. ”
