”Room was very dingy smelt very bad. Toilet broke multiple times. Cigarette burns everywhere on bed curtains and floor. Couldn’t use the toilet half the time we were there. Outside trash everywhere. Ice machine room was flooded. Checked out day early and was told I would get the remaining time refunded but never did. Jiggar the manger was super nice but the other staff was not.”

”The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down.”

”We gave Bella Vista Hotel & Suites a 4 out of 5 and had a good overall stay. The transformation from the old Kirkley Hotel is beautiful, the breakfast options were solid, the room had a comfortable amount of space, and the elevator was impressively fast, which we appreciated. Pool area was nice for the space, though we didn't use it, nor did we use the gym or connected restaurant, which we were told was nice and delicious. A few areas could be improved: the bathroom had no counter space, though...
