”This hotel is not a big, fancy hotel. But it was clean and comfortable enough. Room rate is extremely cheap but still includes nice breakfast! And it does have a POOL! And it takes 15mins to Old town by walk. Hosts were really kind and helpful! I’d like to say Thank you so much once again! If you look for somewhere cheap but neat, this is it. ”

”Sehr schöne und liebevoll geführte Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um ein großes Haus mit unterschiedlichen Zimmern. Wir hatte ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit Balkon und Ausblick über die Stadt. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich auch sehr liebevoll um einen. Es werden Touren, Transferns und Rollerverleih angeboten. Fahrräder kann man kostenlos leihen. ”

”施設は多少古びているが清潔に保たれているし、担当者も申し分ない。 ただ、こちらに2泊する予定で、初日のチェックイン時間に行ったところ、担当者の姿もなく、中に入れず、途方にくれていた。他の宿泊者がたまたま戻ってきた為、中に入れたが、1時間以上後に担当者が来て、『ダブルブッキングの為に今夜は宿泊出来ないと告げられる。非常に腹が立ったが、近くの施設を用意し、そちらに2泊してもいし、こちらと1泊ずつしてもいい。こちらのミスなので費用はこちらで負担します』と言われました。 対応がきちんとしていたので、その案に従い、近くの施設に1泊し、次の日に戻ることにしました。 代替施設は多分ここよりもグレードが高く、快適に過ごすことができたし、この施設に移っても、色々と希望を聞いてもらえ、チェックアウト時間も飛行機の時間に合わせて延長させてもらい、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 綺麗な景色に囲まれて、静かで快適な時間を過ごすことができ、最後は感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。 ダブルブッキングがあったので評価は一つ下げますが、その後の対応と快適さは充分に満足できるものでした。”
