Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of.”

”Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.”

Il ont encaissé le paiement sur ma carte de crédit dès mon arrivée alors que c’était annoncé qu’on...

”To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn.”

”Make sure you let the staff know you want room service or it will not be provided.”

”The breakfast and staff are great. However, my room was not cleaned, nor the garbage disposed of or my bed made when I was personally assured it would be by the staff. This incident was highly unfortunate. ”
