”We had a reservation there for Friday. I had called and let him know it was going to be a late pull in. When we went and got there. They told us that unfortunately they gave our room away because they tried to call us. They did not make any other accommodations for us. Told us to have a good day. I will never recommend this place or these people. The staff was very unprofessional and very rude. We had a horrible weekend. I will never recommend this place ever to anyone and I hope they do...

”I didn't swim in pool much since it was small and lots of kids but not bad. Rooms were clean. I traveled with 4 kids ages from 5 through 10 and it was good. ”

”Rooms needs updates carpet old worn, couch from 70"s,wood doors were scratched and worn , water in bathroom very low pressure. Tub grout old discolored, tub needs reglazing. Breakfast not what expected, not enough for all guess. Refrigerator in room very loud, if you are light sleeper you will be up all night. I hated my room view was a cemetery! Ice machine only on first floor,all other floors out of order. Non refundable room will never stay there again.”

”It said check in was till 12 but when I got there around like 9 I couldn’t check in get inside the building or nun so i didn’t go at all can I get ah refund for the 30$ I had to put down fa the room”

”Room was spotless. Staff was very friendly and inviting from the start until the end of our stay. Breakfast was great . Definitely staying here from now on when in Detroit and close by. Highly recommend. ”
