”This is a former abandoned Econolodge that they are converting over. Still has old Econolodge signage, crumbling roofs, broken windows. It’s a very scary looking place with long term stays that are actually living there according to the two we talked to around the side. We didn’t stay-walked in and then left under the pretense of getting cash for the incidental deposit (which must be in cash) and literally never went back even though our room was fully paid and nonrefundable. ”This Hampton Inn has a really good complimentary breakfast. Make your own waffles and a nice oatmeal bar! Rooms were good. A few areas where they could do a little better: there was a lot of hair on the shower wall from the previous guest. And the front desk did not have enough information about a common item regarding parking for the nearby Epic Universe park. Would probably return to this hotel in the future.”
