”The price we paid for the room did not reflect the quality of the accommodation. The nightly rate was extremely high for what was provided. As I work in IT, being reachable 24/7 is essential. One of the reasons we chose this accommodation was the advertised free Wi-Fi; however, it did not work from the time I checked in. ”This Motel has nice and big units, there aren't any good views, but the place is fairly silent and further from M.t Maunganui so price isn't so high. The host was really nice guy (sorry my name memory, I really forgot his name) and showed us around and inside the unit, also got a really good suggestion for breakfast place. He also guided us to closest supermarket and showed some places to visit while we stayed in Tauranga.”

”The room was spacious enough and very quiet. However when we arrived at 3pm, there were no towels, only a damp one in wardrobe. I had to request towels, and was supplied with 2 bath towels - we (2 of us) were to be there for 2 days! Disappointed too with the limited supply of coffee (3 satchets) milk (enough for only one day - I had to request more milk). Also, we assumed the room would be serviced while we were out on Saturday and were disappointed to find the wet towels were still there...

”I didn't realise we would be entering through a shared facility to our unit. This was a little confusing, although once I made contact with the manager, it was smooth entry from there. The unit was spotlessly clean and met all our needs. This facility would be great for large family trips where there is shared space and more private units also. I would recommend this and would definitely stay again.”
