”I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre.”

”The apartment was modern and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location was ideal for my nearby conference and plenty of food and shopping options nearby. I highly recommend this apartment and will come again.”

”Filthy rooms. Carpets are dirty and stained. Rooms have body odour stench. Toilets were blood stained and black under the rim with grime. Shower wall had hair stuck to it and hair in the drain. Water was not draining in the shower resulting in it flooding over the shower box. Duty manager came to inspect this and blamed me for “using too much soap”, and did not offer anything to remedy the situation in the moment. ”The room wasn’t what I expected. A lot of grimy dust on blinds, floor, lamp, table. Stains on duvet. (See pictures). The room (the one with the spa) smelled like someone had just smoked there. I could feel everything someone was talking in the room next door. The room was freezing. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room. There was no-one in the reception after 5PM. ”Toiletry was low when we got in and the small glass table in the living room had a loose leg when we checked in but genuinely none of that affected the overall stay. The washer was good, the drying feature however was an issue but nothing that would warrant a massive complaint over. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again for future stays!”

”Not that good than all the other reviews said. Good location, quite close to everything especially if you have a car. Rooms are bit of out dated especially bathroom, clean though all around. Big minus have to give from the bed and mattress. Spend two nights in that bed and it was not funny. Bed seems to be quite new but WAY too soft for 70kg woman and especially for 105kg guy. Back were really sore and stiff after night.”
