”The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. A disappointing start. Once inside the apartment it was as described, although the sheets were stained on the double bed and there was very little bedding provided for the rest of us. The toilet...
