”Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the Gas Lamp district. Walkable to everything that mattered.”

”Parking sucked and was expensive, small rooms but clean.”

”The unit had a damp musky odor. The was a box of damp rid on the shelf in the bedroom, my shoes stuck to the floor in the bedroom and kitchen area. I cleaned the floor with paper towels. It was obvious that the floor had not been moped in a long time as it was filthy! The a/c was programmed to keep the unit freezing to keep the odor down. I would not stay here again.”

”The location was really amazing (many restaurants and good grocery store close by) and the vibe of the hostel was great, everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to. I had a private room and the mattress was unbelievably awful, felt every spring pop underneath me with every roll. Also, there were cockroaches :(”

”We liked the beach view a lot. What we weren't happy about was the fact that the staff were not upfront in telling us that they assigned us to a room with stairs. All they asked was if any in our party has a disability. They wish they were more upfront in asking how do we feel about being assigned to an upstairs room with no elevator. Honesty plays a big role in customer service. So we declined the upstairs room because of my son's preference. He liked the previous rooms that we had before where...

”Our room was clean and the location was fairly good. However, the property was not well maintained. The ice machine on our floor was broken our entire 4-day stay. Bathtub leaked and when I say leaked I mean I could have filled a bucket of water with it within a few minutes. Blinds wouldn't close properly so the annoying light shined in. When we asked for a maintenance person, they said he was not on site. Eventually they moved us to a different room which was better.”
