”If you're look for something away from the crowd of the marina or off the beaten path, this is for you. Allen is still in a building phase but everything was perfect. The private beach area is absolutely dreamy and rental had everything we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and has the best views. ”Little Palm Cottage is an awesome property! My husband and I, as well as two other couples, rented this property over Memorial Day Weekend. ”The house was nicely decorated and extremely clean. It was steps from Cafe La Florence, which has fantastic breakfasts & baked good. It was also a short walk to the beach and other spots were easily drivable by golf cart or car.”

”Very nice, well made house with an incredible view of White Sound. House was meticulously clean, maintained and well stocked and decorated. Main living area has a pull down bed, bedroom has 4 bunk beds and a queen. Dock is good with water, fillet table, shaded sitting area and plenty of depth. My boat is a 28' and fit fine, I would discuss with owners if your boat is much larger than 30'. Owners were very nice and helpful.”
