”Nice hotel. Good breakfast! Nice to convene with family in the lobby area! Nearby parks and walking trails! My only complaint is the knee buster towel rack in the front of the sink. Poor design. When you are using the bathroom sink, there is a towel rack on the front of the sink cabinet that hits you in the knees.”

After I finally got to the only room they'd offer to switch me to, I found out they downgraded to a queen bedroom from a king without being informed or the price adjusted. As-of this review, they have yet to refund me the difference in price, or for the manager to respond to the mold, spiders, lack of cleanliness, foul room smell (embedded in carpet and curtains) that made my first and primary room during...

”Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good”

”I liked coffee in the morning. I liked tv and internet. I Would have liked access to blankets more towels and blow dryer. I would have liked bed linen and shower curtain without disgusting stains.”

”Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable. ”

”Nothing looked clean or up to date. My room was dirty, bathroom had lots of rust and black at the foot of toilet. I found a half full juice bottle under my bed. The carpet needs to be replaced. The parking lot was loud with young people dancing ontop of the hood of their vehicles. Honestly, some of the people there looked like they were living at the hotel. It was a horrible stay. I paid for 3 nights and only stayed one night. I was very uncomfortable. There was a lot of doors slamming”
