”This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a very long time with a hotel. It was dirty. The carpet looked like it had been outside, the furniture inside the room was old and beat up the room had a foul smell to it.”

”Breakfast was the best part of the stay. We didn’t stay the full 2 days. Rooms were disgusting.”

”Room had scribbles on the wall in the hallway, elevators and hallways smelled like weed and room had a bad smell every time the AC turned on. Bathroom supplies were pretty much empty bottles on the wall. Parking is pretty expensive at $23 a night and parking lot was full. No microwave and fridge didn’t work. Beds were comfy and room was clean.”

”Wow! What a great experience this was. I love how when I walked in the hotel I immediately saw smiling faces and a poster of President Obama in the corner. It was right on brand for my stay as I was visiting the Obama Presidential Center for the Grand Opening weekend. The breakfast was delicious and I love that we had a space to park at the hotel. This hotel was convenient for my commute in Hyde Park. I will be back. Thank you, staff for your service and kind hospitality!”
