Aberdeen Hillview Retreat

Set in a beautiful forested setting 1 km from the Little Narrows ferry on the warm waters of the Bras D’or !
It has a fantastic waterfront dock which is a two minute walk from the RV. Launch your kayak or canoe from the property’s dock.
Relax on the dock bench or beach chair while soaking up the sun enjoying your favourite book.
The RV sleeps 2 and is designed for a couple.

Sorry, no pets -no exceptions (because we have large dogs).

What a gorgeous place to stay. The accommodation is spacious and private. Surrounded by trees, the view from the deck is wonderful. The trailer is very well equipped with everything you would need for a week-long stay. The place is spotless and there are some lovely, personal touches which shows that the hosts sincerely want their guests to enjoy their stay. Rick and Pat are lovely, accommodating, and flexible. This is our second stay here and I'm sure it won't be our last.

We have been hosts ourselves for over ten years and were so impressed with the hosts and this accommodation. Communication and directions were great. We had absolutely no problem finding the place. The hosts were very responsive and attentive...they are the best hosts we've ever met! The trailer is fully equipped and squeaky clean. The location is so quiet and picturesque. Before leaving, we booked the same dates for next year. We would highly recommend this property for anyone exploring the Baddeck/Whycocomah area of Cape Breton.

Perfect home away from home

My hubby and I used the Hillview Retreat as a base to explore Cape Breton Island and it was a great place to do that from and to come back to at the end of each day. The trailer is extremely comfortable and roomy. The owners, Pat and Rick, were welcoming and friendly, and we enjoyed meeting them and their doggies and spending a bit of time with them. The trailer was very clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and there were a lot of welcome touches like soap and shampoo, plenty of towels, dvd movies to watch, so many things! It was also great having a washer and dryer in the trailer. We can’t say enough good things about Hillview Retreat. We would highly recommend it to others and would definitely rebook should we find ourselves on Cape Breton again.

Hillview Experience

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hillview Retreat. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. Our hosts made sure that we had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. There was even a vase of fresh flowers waiting for us upon our arrival! The setting was quiet and peaceful and convenient for our Cabot Trail tour.

Excellent Stay

The Hosts Pat and Rick were very hospitable. They had a bottle of wine and card there for us for our Anniversary. They were really nice hosts. What ever we wanted. We will definitely recoomend there place.

Lovely location

We would highly recommend this place for an overnight visit or an extended stay and we would definitely like to visit them again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life. We had a wonderful relaxing stay to celebrate our anniversary.
