The WiFi was the best I've ever had in a hotel, which was surprising given it's rural location. The breakfast was very good and there was a wide choice. The soundproofing in the room was shocking with a loud humming noise coming from behind our bed and the noise of doors slamming and guests talking. When I reported this to receptionist she acknowledged that the humming noise was from the room next door’s plumbing. I was not offered a different room. ”We stayed here for one night with my mum, and our stay was just perfect. The hotel is simply beautiful and has a real castle vibe. The best thing was that the spa was included, which we weren't aware of before arriving. We had nice dinner at the hotel and then enjoyed the rest of the evening in the spa, till it closed.
