Kuvittele itsesi heräämässä varhain aamulla rannalla. On olemassa ääni, valtameren jatkuva hum vain muutaman korttelin päässä. Linnut ovat myös hereillä, kun he valmistautuvat päivään.

TEN PINES -PÖYTÄ

Voit aloittaa päivän kirkkaassa uudessa keittiössä, jossa on kattilat ja pannut ja pöytävarusteet myös tietysti. Ikkunasta katsomalla huomaat, että - kyllä - on 10 kaunista rantamäntyä. Joskus tuoksu heijastuu mökille.

Ihmiset tulevat rannalle hiekkaa, aurinkoa ja hauskaa, joka on juuri sitä, mitä kymmenen Pinesin mökkiä rakennettiin. Nyt kun se on täysin kunnostettu ja täynnä mukavia huonekaluja, mökki on söpö, kodikas ja puhdas monilla uusilla ominaisuuksilla. Se nukkuu jopa kuusi vierasta.

LISÄÄ TIETOJA TEN PINES -PÖYTÄ

Aamiaisen jälkeen, miten kävellä rannalla vain muutaman korttelin päässä. Voit poimia kuoret, kävellä ajopuita ja katsella lintujen parvia ja pyöritä surffauslinjaa pitkin. Jotkut vieraat viettävät koko päivän tutustuen äitien luonteen jännitykseen.

Great property, well kept up. Good location, quiet street. Perfect for our needs and budget. Property mgmt made the process extrenely painful.

The property was completely adequate, but i wasnt overjoyed with the location. The one thing that i have an issue is that there was a lot of what seemed to be an animal of some sort stuck in between the walls! Most of the scratching sounds were behind the shower/tub surround. It really freaked me and my daughter out. Definitely did not enjoy that.

Floors dirty. No sheets on bed. Bunk bed ladder kills your feet. Bathroom sink had slime in it. Needs new dining room chairs and mattresses and mattress covers. Looked like pee on it.

This is not near the ocean. It is in a pretty rough neighborhood. The neighbor on the left has many cars and a trailer full of trash. Neighbor on the right under construction? Once you are on IKT street turn left in front of the abandond camper. You will be greated by an accumulation of trash around the little porch. When you enter the cottage, it does not smell very good, so leave the door open for a while. The carpeted portions of the floor are heavily stained with pet accidents. The toaster only toasts one side of the toast. The unit smells like the drains empty underneath the floor.when we reported that the heater was very hot where it was plugged in and what looked like burnt paint around the plug in we were told that even though we had checked in by phone, we were told that we were not guests there. We were told ba-bye, have a nice day, then were hung up on.

I was looking for a beach home to stay at for my first family vacation (spouse and 1 yr old son). I wanted 2 rooms so my son could have his pak n play setup for sleeping in. Thank goodness there was a large bunk bed because I ended up sleeping on it with him (son is scared of new places still) while my husband slept in the main. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and be close to the beach so we could run back for naps and meal/snack times.

The property is great. Inside the home there is a large and open living room/kitchen space. My family hung out together for a majority of the time. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor space was a lot bigger than we anticipated which was great. The location is perfect. Just outside of the main strip in Ocean Shores and next to an entrance to the beach. Lovely stay! We all really enjoyed ourselves.

PROS:This cute little cottage was well supplied with all of the household necessities. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable bed, small tv and a beautiful view of the back yard where we spotted a young buck resting near the bushes. This cottage also welcomes pet. There was a very nice neighbor named Loraine with a sweet dog that was very friendly. Loraine was quick to offer us directions and ideas of places to see. CONS: The second bedroom features a full over twin and an extra twin mattress. All the mattresses in this room need to be replaced and should not be used by anyone heavier than a toddler. The loveseat and sofa have no support left and should be replaced. There is a loose piece of flooring with a very sharp edge and it is not safe to walk barefoot. Ant poison was left on the floor just under the sofa where my puppy found it. It was fortunate that I was in the room at the time. The neighbors woke us two days in a row with their fighting. All in all, we came to the beach for the beach. This cottage will give you a place to cook your meals, shower, and lay your head. You may get a peek at the beautiful buck that wanders the neighborhood. And if you get to meet Loraine you will love her.

Good location. Bit of a walk to beach but not bad. Everything worked well as far as appliances, heat, etc. Heat might have worked too well! Tables could use a bit of an upgrade but really no complaints.

Check in was very easy and we got all the info we needed, plus the house was very easy to find and everything is walkable. Was kind of in a sketchy street with abandon houses near by and a trailer park that had constant noise come from it. We entered the house and it was 82 degrees for some reason. We had to open all windows and it took a couple hours for the place to cool down. If you were not tech savvy, I would think the tv would have been hard to use with the 4 remotes and very little channel options. The only other thing was lack of check out checklist. In all of the paper work given to us, it referred to a certain check out for or link. But there was nothing. Turned out to be a good weekend!

The neighborhood was a bit run down. Next door had a trailer that was becoming part of the yard/sidewalk. Several broken items in the house; part of the curtain rod was broken and barely hanging onto the wall, curtain had burnt holes, blinds in master bedroom was broken and I couldn't open them and the microwave above the stove appeared to have been shot (handle was missing). When I called By the Sea, I asked about their check in/out list (per their rules there should have been one) so that I would not be charged for the broken items but was told to email them and not to worry about the list since there wasn't one. We knew that there would be limited cable so we brought our own DVD's, but we couldn't get either player to worked. When I asked, I was told to unplug the player and see if that worked. Instructions would help. TV in the main bedroom was like a 26 in, it was hard to see the TV from the bed as it was so small. However, it was the only TV we were able to work. I've emailed By the Sea the things that were broken and have yet to hear back from them. We are disappointed with our stay and hope that their other properties are in better shape.

Nice place. Close to town. Comfortable. Cute and cozy. Had some games. Nicely appointed. Only problem was ants. Ants in the kitchen. And ants in the second bedroom. Clean those up and it’d be perfect.
