”Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

”We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.”

”Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. ”This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it.”
