”This hotel was lovely. Our room was spacious and recently renovated, with a very modern and clean attached bath. The included full breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was very helpful, and the desk has someone there 24 hours a day. I think that guests who cannot climb stairs should be aware that the lifts don't cover every part of the building, and that the layout of the building is a bit hard to understand. But if mobility is not a concern, this is an absolutely beautiful place to stay....

”The hotel is a really quirky building in an amazing location. The staff are friendly and hard working but the breakfast is very poor. No cheese whatsoever the first day and no toast or bread of any kind. Slices of supermarket cheese added the next day but with no bread, hardly counts as continental. The hot breakfast was cooked to order but was lacking in flavour. Cant speak for the dinner as the menu was not inspiring and the breakfast experience put us off. The shower could have done with a...

”Fantastic bb in a quiet part just off main street. A great base for exploring all that the area has to offer. We did Zip wire and Snowdon in the time we had. Rooms spotless and very comfortable with a great shower. Lovely guess lounge and really nice breakfast room with and excellent breakfast. Loved the homemade baked beans. Dave is a fantastic house, very welcoming, friendly. We wouldn't look anywhere else when staying in Betwys Y Coed now we found Summer Hill. Thanks Jo and Roy. ”
